Is this an official government product?
No. Federal Retirement Planner is an independent educational product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OPM, TSP, SSA, VA, DoD, or the U.S. government.
Does the planner provide financial advice?
No. It organizes estimates and assumptions for educational planning. It does not provide personalized legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.
How do I receive the files after purchase?
Checkout and digital delivery are handled through Etsy. After payment, Etsy provides access to the downloadable files through your purchases account and order email.
What software do I need?
The paid tools are designed for Microsoft Excel on a desktop or laptop computer. Google Sheets compatibility is not promised.
Can military retirees and veterans use the planner?
Yes. The planner includes space for military retired pay, VA disability income, federal benefits, brokerage income, and other household income sources.
Are the results guaranteed?
No. Results depend on the information and assumptions entered. Verify benefits, eligibility, taxes, and contribution rules with official sources and qualified professionals.
How do I get support?
Email hello@fedretirementplanner.com with your order question. Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive financial information.
